About the festival

Rugby the way it should be

The Abu Dhabi Harlequins Junior Rugby Tournament brings clubs from across the UAE and the Gulf together across two brilliant days of mini, midi and youth rugby — great games, new friends and a proper festival atmosphere.

Hosted by the Quins — a grass-roots, not-for-profit club run entirely by volunteers since 1970. Every side gets a full day of rugby and every family is welcome. Bring your boots, bring your voice.

Pools, semis & finals

From U8 up, every team plays every team in its pool. U6 and U7 play a festival instead: four matches each, with no table. Matches are 20-minute slots: two 7-minute halves with a 3-minute half-time (Under 6 to Under 8: two 6-minute halves with a 2-minute half-time), and the rest of the slot to the next kick-off. Pools kick off 8:00am — pitches TBD.
