1. Disclaimer & Participation
Website. This site is provided for general information in good faith. Fixtures, kick-off times, live scores and standings are entered by volunteers on match day and shown "as is" — they may be delayed, contain errors, or change, and are not an official record. We may change or cancel any part of the Tournament (for weather, safety or reasons beyond our control) without liability.
Rugby is a contact sport. It carries an inherent risk of injury. Participation is voluntary and at the participant's own risk. Every player must be fit to take part, and the parent or guardian is responsible for deciding whether it is appropriate for their child to play.
Medical. First aid is provided at the event. Parents, guardians and team managers must disclose any relevant medical condition, allergy or medication for each player at registration. In an emergency, if a parent cannot be reached, we may act on qualified medical advice.
Supervision. Children remain the responsibility of their parent, guardian or registered team manager at all times at the venue, including between and after matches. We do not provide general childcare.
Governing law. This page and any related dispute are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Abu Dhabi Harlequins is responsible for the personal information collected through the Tournament. For any privacy request, contact admin@adhjrt.com.
What we collect: player name, date of birth, age group and any medical/welfare notes a parent provides; parent, team manager and coach contact details; and the email and a securely hashed password for scores/organiser accounts.
Who can see it: organisers, to run the event; and an age-group manager for their own group only (including medical notes, for player welfare). Permissions are checked on our server for every request.
Where it's held: we use reputable third-party providers to host the site, store registrations and send confirmation emails; some may process data outside the UAE. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising, and we handle it in line with applicable UAE data protection law.
Keeping & removing it: we keep registration information for as long as reasonably required to run and follow up the Tournament and to meet any legal obligations, then delete it. You can ask to see, correct or delete your or your child's information at admin@adhjrt.com.

The Tournament is a public event where photos and video are taken and may be used to promote the Tournament and junior rugby — on this site, on social media and in event materials. If you'd prefer images clearly identifying your child not be used, or want one removed, contact admin@adhjrt.com. We can't control photos taken by other members of the public.
